Jacqueline Gaillard
Jacqueline Gaillard has been a senior human resources executive since 1992. She is a collaborative HR business partner and executive who specializes in leading major change initiatives, organizational restructuring, employee relations and staffing in rapid-growth situations and building best-in-class HR programs specific to organizational needs.
Jacqueline was most recently the Global Head, People & Talent in a financial technology firm. Here, she built a high-performing HR function for the fast growing organization, scaling from 280 to more than 500 employees. She oversaw all aspects of HR for the company with offices in the Americas, APAC, and EMEA, including: talent acquisition, improving retention, integrating teams following acquisitions, launching HR technology systems, total rewards, management training, and performance review and enhancement.
Prior to this role, Jacqueline served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Talent Management at the International Securities Exchange. Here, she served as a member of the executive leadership team overseeing both Human Resources and Office Administration, translating business strategy into people strategy. Jacqueline has held various additional HR leadership roles in the FinTech, FemTech, Fashion, and Publishing/Media industries.
Jacqueline holds a Master of Arts from the University of Illinois, Institute of Labor and Industrial Relations and received her Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Environmental Design and Planning. She is a member and former board member of NY HRPS (Human Resources People & Strategy). She is also a member of SHRM (Society Human Resource Management) and World at Work. For more than 20 years she has been on the Board of Ten Park Avenue Tenants Corporation.
